Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women under the age group of 50 having the complaints of Asrigdara (AUB).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or postpartum complications 2. Abortion within the last 6 months 3. Recent uterine surgery within last 6 months 4. Known autoimmune disorders

MeasureTime frame
1. To identify the most prevalent Nidanas observed in patients with Asrigdara in the present clinical setting. 2. Document the distribution of Prakriti among women diagnosed with AsrigdaraTimepoint: At Baseline ( single assessment at the time of enrolment).

MeasureTime frame
To develop a comprehensive checklist for the Ayurvedic diagnosis of Asrigdara based on classical textual descriptions, and to subject it to face and content validation by domain experts.Timepoint: At baseline (during the study period)
