Inclusion criteria: Female Nurses Age 25 to 45 years Nurses working in Private Hospitals Presently employed Minimum duration of employment 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Male Nurses Females in their Perimenopause Nurses under the age of 25 and above the age of 45 Nurses working in Government hospitals
