Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic throat symptoms more than 3 months GETS Score between 12- 60 not on active treatment for chronic pharyngitis willing to participate with informed consent able to understand and fill questionnaires

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute pharyngitis structural pathology use of corticosteroids or antibiotics in last 2 weeks known psychiatric or cognitive disorder pregnant or lactating women participation in another trail allergy to homoeopathic medicines
