Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Young adult female of age group between 18-25 years old 2.Diagnosed with IDA 3.Subjects who are willing and given the consent for receiving the intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Anaemia due to causes other than iron deficiency 2.Hb7g/Di 3.History of blood transfusion in the past 3 month 4.With chronic illnesses related to Gastrointestinal tract that can interfere with iron metabolism 5.Fear of needles or any psychological condition 6.Participation in other clinical trials within the last 30 days 7.Local skin infections open wounds or recent abdominal surgeries
