Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infertile women in the age group of 25 to 40 years diagnosed as having Diminished Ovarian Reserve either with serum AMH less than 2 ng per ml and or with AFC less than 5 in each ovary, attended the OPD IPD of Department of Prasutitantra and Streeroga Govt Ayurveda college Thiruvananthapuram. Regular menstrual cycles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled systemic illness Malignancy DOR due to administration of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Auto immune diseases Those who are allergic to milk
