Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18-25 years 2.Both genders 3.PSQI greater than 7 Scale 4.Amateur (less than 1 year) Volleyball players

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.No neurological problem. 2.No history of previous injury. 3.Athletes taking any kind of medications. 4.No history of any lower limb surgery 5.PSQI greater than 7 6.Midlevel and Elite volleyball players are excluded.
