Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are willing to participate as volunteers and sign the written informed consent. Subjects aged between 20-60 years . Subjects newly diagnosed with plaque psoriasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with secondary systemic complications of psoriasis like psoriatic arthropathy. Subjects with other systemic illness like diabetes, hypertension. Subjects with atopic dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, lichen planus , Tinea corporis . Pregnant and lactating women .

MeasureTime frame
A reduction in the sign and symptoms of psoriasis , recurrence with the same or less intensity and PASI score with more than 50 to 75% from the baseline.Timepoint: 6months

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in severity of plaque psoriasis, measured objectively using a validated clinical scale, Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI)from baseline to more than 75% by the end of the treatment period.Timepoint: 6 months
