Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 60 to 80 years, both male and female Attending outpatient Able to walk independently with or without assistive devices Willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairment Uncorrected Visual or Hearing Impairment Acute systemic illness Severe cardiac and pulmonary conditions Uncontrolled hypertension and Diabetes mellitus
