Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who are willing to participate as volunteers and sign the written informed consent. 2. Subjects of 20-40 age groups. 3. Subjects newly diagnosed with insomnia disorder according to DSM-5 criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects suffering from other sleep related disorders like Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Parasomnias, Narcolepsy, etc,. 2. Subjects who are suffering from Anxiety disorders, Schizophrenia, Chronic pain conditions, and Severe Depression (i.e., subjects with suicidal tendencies). 3. Subjects suffering from drug induced insomnia. 4. Pregnant and Lactating mothers.
