Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with age group of 40 -65 years both males and females with COPD grade III and IV Skeletal dysfunction due to COPD (Forward shoulder posture kyphosis barrel chest) Any complaint of dyspnea (Borg scale weakness in upper and lower limb fatigue) COPD grade III and IV (COPD assessment test) Participants must be willing and able to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairment Unable to understand or follow instructions Unstable medical conditions Unstable angina myocardial infarction or severe heart failure Recent pulmonary embolism Within the past 3 months Severe respiratory failure Requiring mechanical ventilation Other chronic lung diseases Cystic fibrosis bronchiectasis or pulmonary hypertension
