Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male cricket players aged 18 to 25 years. Minimum 2 year of regular cricket training. Free from current acute upper limb injuries. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of upper limb surgery in the last 6 month. Acute shoulder, elbow, or wrist pain that limits activity. Currently undergoing any physiotherapy or rehab program.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Shoulder internal and external rotation muscle strength assessed using a handheld dynamometer, measured at baseline and after completion of the intervention period.Timepoint: 8 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Change in grip strength measured using a hand-held grip dynamometer, measured at baseline and after completion of the intervention period.Timepoint: 8 weeks
