Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 20-65years,of both sexes,of all religions and different socioeconomic statuses. The serum uric acid level should be less than12mg per dl in both sexes. The patient who are agree to give consent for participating in the study and to comply with the protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having history of Immunodeficiency disorders. Patient having serious systemic and pathological disease Patients with malignancies. Pregnant women. severe or advanced cases requiring surgical procedures or orthopaedic correction.
