Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having classical signs and symptoms of Vicharchika: a. Rajyo (thickening of skin, with increased skin markings) b. Kandu (Itching) c. Srava (Serous discharge) d. Pidika (Papules/Plaques/Vesicles)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from chronic systemic illness such as diabetes , hypertension etc. Patients not ready to give informed consent. Pregnant and Lactating women.
