Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age : Between 30 and 60 yrs Participants who have given written consent Participants having Nasya arhata

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with uncontrolled Hypertension and Diabetes mellitus , Pregnant, lactating and menstruating women. Recent fracture of cervical spine or upper limbs. Recent history of trauma to neck or shoulder joint Diagnosed cases of TB or malignancies Clinically diagnosed Rheumatologic disorders and infectious diseases Recent history of Upper respiratory tract infection, nasal polyps Any condition which the guide thinks may jeopardize the study. IVDP of cervical spine Urdhvagata Raktapitta (bleeding through upper orifices of body) Unwilling patients
