Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with signs and symptoms of Vatakantaka as explained in classics 2.Patients will be selected irrespective of gender, religion, socio-economic status and occupation. 3.Patients will be selected from age group of 25 to 65 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Persons contraindicated for Agnikarma 2.Patients with Fracture of calcaneum, ankle sprain, soft tissue injury are excluded 3.Vascular diseases of lower extremities, and other neurological disorders 4.Patients with Anatomical deformities of Ankle joint 5.Paget s disease of the calcaneum 6.Patients suffering with Uncontrolled diabetes and other serious systemic disorders

OBJECTIVES: Primary Objectives: 1.To evaluate the effect of Agnikarma with Guda in the management of Vatakantaka with special reference to plantar fasciitis. 2.To compare the effect of Agnikarma with Guda over Agnikarma with Suchi in the management of Vatakantaka with special reference to plantar fasciitis.
