Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with the symptoms of Perianal Haematoma by history taking and inspection. 2.Patients not requiring emergency surgical intervention. 3.Patients those with recurrence of Perianal Haematoma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant women and lactating mothers. 2.Patient wih Sahaj Arsha. 3.Patient having any kind of anal infection or perianal abscess. 4.Those who require surgical intervention. 5.History of Perianal surgery within last 3 months. 6.Any systemic illness like uncontrolled DM,cardiac failure,chronic renal failure,HIV,Hepatitis B,bleeding disorders,malignancy.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The parameters will be noted down before and after treatment 1.Pain 2.Swelling of haematoma Timepoint: Total duration of study 10 days and follow up on 3rd,7th and 10th day.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Poor improvement-No reduction in symptoms. 2.Mild improvement-0 to 25% reduction in symptoms 3.Moderate improvement-25 to 50 % reduction in symptoms 4.Marked improvement-50 to 75 % reduction in symptoms 5.Complete relief- All symptoms resolvedTimepoint: Total study duration 10 days and follow up will be taken on 3rd,7th,and 10th day.
