Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants with mild to moderate symptoms of allergic rhinitis. Willingness to participate and provide regular feedback. No history of nasal surgery or other nasal interventions in the past six months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants with severe nasal polyps or chronic sinusitis. History of hypersensitivity to Budesonide, Vitamin D, or Vitamin E. Pregnant or lactating women. Individuals unable to adhere to the intervention schedule.
