Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient of either gender aged between 18-60 years. 2.Patient having classical signs and symptoms of Asthimajjagata Vata (Bhedo asthi parvanum, balakshaya, Aswapna, Santataruk ) 3.Patient having clinical signs and symptoms of avascular necrosis of femoral head. 4.Patients fit for Basti and Jalaukavcharana therapy. 5.Patients pre-diagnosed with Avascular necrosis of femoral head.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients unfit for Basti therapy 2. Patients known case of Sickle cell anaemia and thalassemia, uncontrolled Hypertension and any active and serious systemic diseases. 3. Pregnant& lactating women.
