Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: low back pain Age more than 65 years Both male and female Pain score 2 or more than 2 on VAS Balance score between 41-52 on BBS Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any previous or current experience in core strengthening. Subjects who are on regular fitness program. Fracture of spine and rib Abdominal surgeries
