Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All Genders, Age more than or equal to 18 years. 2.Healthcare professionals (Doctors) working in ICU, IMCU, CCU. 3.Healthcare professionals (Doctors) who are willing to consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Healthcare professionals (Doctors) who are not willing to participate in the study 2.Any condition that may impair understanding or completion of questionnaires or participation in counseling sessions
