Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 60 yrs and above All genders Fatigue more than 6 months as per the clinical definition (ICD 11 MG22) The score between 0-40 of FACIT FATIGUE SCALE(version 4)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with pre-diagnosed psychiatric conditions Patient receiving medical treatment like chemotherapy, Hemo-dialysis, radiation Patients with severe anemia, uncontrolled DM and uncontrolled HTN with complications requiring admission.
