Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. willing to participate 2.BMI of 20-35 kg per meter square 3. A sedentary to active lifestyle 4. stable body weight for 2 months of the study commencement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. undergone recent surgeries 2.Those taking medications and supplements 3. Underwent fasting or any dietary protocol for last 3 months 4. systemic illness 5. Eating disorders
