Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 4 to 6 years requiring inferior alveolar nerve block for dental treatment. Children who are healthy (ASA I) with no systemic illnesses. Children with no previous experience of local anaesthetic injection. Children whose parents/guardians give informed consent and child provides assent for participation. Cooperative or potentially cooperative children based on Frankl Behaviour Rating 3 or 4 at the initial visit
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with systemic or mental disorders (ASA II and above). Children with a history of allergy to local anaesthetic agents. Children with hearing or visual impairments (since distraction methods depend on sensory response). Children with acute pain, infection, or abscess at the injection site. Children with previous exposure to similar distraction techniques. Children whose parents or guardians do not consent to participate.
