Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who shows signs and symptoms of nidranasha those diagnosed with primary Insomnia meaning Insomnia with no underlying causes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sutika Garbhini and any serious systemic illness patients suffering from nidranasha linked to serious health issues such as cardiac disorders High blood pressure Diabetes mellitus and other chronic disorders Patients who have Secondary Insomnia alcoholic and psychiatric illness patients who are dependent on any drug having sedative effects
