Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants must be diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis according to recognised diagnostic standards set by American College of Rheumatology/European League Against Rheumatism Both male and female 2. Age 30 to 50 years 3. Disease Activity Score 28 between 2.6 to 5.1
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 30 and above 50 years 2. Disease Activity Score 28 less than 2.6 and more than 5.1 3. Any bone deformity 4. Pregnant or lactating women
