Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed cases of essential hypertension Newly diagnosed cases without any antihypertensive Age group 18-65 years Both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Malignant hypertension and secondary hypertension Patient with isolated hypertension Patient who were pregnant breastfeeding Cases diagnosed with developmental defect or congenital abnormalities Patient with history of drugs,alcohol abuse,chronic smoker Continued antihypertensive therapy was administered for a minimum 6 months
