Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All the cases diagnosed as cerebral palsy. 2. Cases of cerebral palsy prescribed Phosphorus as constitutional prescription and which have shown improvement on MONARCH criteria. 3. Both gender 4. Age group of 2 to 18 years of age. 5. Cases with Intellectual disability, epilepsy. 6. Cases in which parents will give assent for their child

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases with inadequate follow-ups. 2. Cases in which parents are not able to recollect symptoms of the child.
