Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with carcinoma breast planned for modified radical mastectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with locally advanced or inoperable breast cancer requiring extensive reconstruction Previous axillary surgery or radiotherapy Patients not willing to participate in the study
