Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Acute or chronic cutaneous wounds such as anal fissure, anal fistula, diabetic ulcer of more than 4 weeks but less than 12 weeks Age more than 18 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Anyone who does not consent to the procedure Wounds with active infection
