Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with head injury, admitted to intensive care unit of this institute.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Relatives of the patients not consenting for participation in the study. Fracture of orbital bone, frontal or temporal bone, interfering with ultrasound probe placement. Pre-existing ocular diseases. Failure to visualize middle cranial artery from the temporal window.
