Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6 8 years residing in institutional care centres Children who were able to provide verbal assent and whose guardians or caretakers provided written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: children with neuromuscular, cognitive, or behavioural impairments, those currently undergoing occupational therapy, children fitted with orthodontic appliances, and those who do not cooperate during clinical examination.
