Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 65 years ASA Physical Status I II Undergoing elective surgical procedures under TIVA Consent given for participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgeries Patients with pre-existing neurological or psychiatric disorders History of drug allergies to anaesthetic agents Patients undergoing combined regional and general anaesthesia

To evaluate the ability of the SPEEDS Criteria to accurately identify postoperative recovery readiness in patients receiving Total Intravenous Anaesthesia, using the Modified Aldrete Score of nine or more as the reference standard for discharge readiness from the Post Anaesthesia Care UnitTimepoint: Assessed at zero minutes, ten minutes, twenty minutes, and thirty minutes postoperatively in the Post Anaesthesia Care Unit following extubation—
