Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Only female patients aged between 18-60 years 2. Clinically diagnosed cases of lower urinary tract infection(LUTI), confirmed by relavent symptoms (e.g., burning urination, increased frequency, urgency, suprapubic pain duration less then 2 weeks) and supported by positive urine analysis (microscopic examination will identify WBC, with more then 10 WBC/ mL being suggestive of a UTI) 3. Participants who are willing to give informed consent and comply with the study protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with complicated UTI: Presence of upper UTI symptoms such as flank pain, fever more than 38 degree C, nausea/vomiting, or known upper UTI cases. 2. Pregnant and lactating women 3. Women with recurrent UTI history (more then 3 episodes in last 12 months) 4. Patients with chronic systemic disease such as DM, renal failure, or immunocompromised conditions (HIV/AIDS, canver hndergoing treatment)
