Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients exhibiting symptoms of Dushta Vrana, regardless of the involved dosha (e.g., Shula - Pain, Kandu - itching, Strava - discharge, Gandha - foul smell, Sparsh asahatva - tenderness) 2. Marital status : both married and unmarried individuals included. 3. Only patients diagnosed with Dushta Vrana. 4. Patient from any socio-economic background. 5. Bedsores.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women. 2. Ulcers showing gangrenous changes. 3. Ulcers with regional lymph node involvement. 4. Patients unwilling to participate in the study. 5. Individuals below 18 years or above 60 years. 6. Patients with systemic illnesses that may interfere with healing outcomes (e.g., AIDS, Tuberculosis, Diabetes Mellitus, Malignancy, Varicose ulcers, Leprosy). 7. Wounds associated with Osteomyelitis. 8. Dagdha Vrana (burn wounds).

The parameters will be noted down before and after the treatment. 1.Vedana 2.Kandu 3.Gandha 4.Strava 5.Sparsh asahatva 6.Size 7.Shape 8.Redness 9.Edge 10.Margin 11.Floor 12.Surrounding Skin 13.Slough 14.Granulation Tissue 15.BaseTimepoint: 20 days daily. 0th, 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 16th, 18th, 20th day will be the follow up days.
