Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Females with Age between 12 years - 40 years 2. Diagnosed case of Premenstrual Syndrome As per standard ICD 11 clinical diagnostic Criteria: (GA34.4) 3. Premenstrual syndrome scale score from 41 and above 4. Patients who are willing to stop NSAIDs and Hormonal therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with Known case of Psychiatric disorders 2. Patient with Known case of Hypothyroidism who are under Eltroxin or antithyroid medications, or with a TSH level greater than 10 mIU per L 3. Patient with Known case of Secondary Dysmenorrhea and PCOS 4. Premenstrual syndrome scale score above 160 indicating Very severe PMS 5. Patient doing any ancillary measures like Yoga, aerobic activity, life style modifications for PMS
