Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically and radiographically confirmed knee osteoarthritis base on Kellgren-Lawrence Grade 2 and 3 2. Knee pain for more than 3 months. 3. Limited knee joint range of motion compared to contralateral side or normal range of motion. 4. Participants willing to provide written informed consent and commit to the study protocol. 5. Participants who are not engaged in pervious physiotherapy treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Recent trauma or injury to the knee in the last 6 months. 2.Previous knee joint replacement surgery or significant knee surgeries. 3.Neurological Conditions such as stroke, peripheral neuropathies 4.Rheumatoid arthritis, gout, or other inflammatory joint diseases. 5.Uncontrolled hypertension, diabetes, or cardiovascular diseases. 6.Osteoporosis and severe joint instability.
