Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male players aged 18-25 years Minimum 1 year of consistent basketball training Physically active and medically cleared for exercise Willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent upper limb injury (within past 6 months) Any neuromuscular or cardiovascular disorders Currently involved in other strength training programs
