Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with scoring of 8-15 in AUDIT scale. Age group from 30 to 50 years. Only male participants are included in the study (as the alcohol use is higher among males in India).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with Cardiac and Respiratory issues and other disorders. Individuals younger than 30 years or older than 50. Individuals scoring above 15 in AUDIT Scale. Individual with poly substance use.
