Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Accompanied by parent or guardian, capable of completing the questionnaire. 2. Providing Consent for clinical observation and questionnaire observation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with known neurodevelopmental disorders like autism and down syndrome 2.Children under speech therapy or behavioural issues 3.Children with systemic illness affecting oral or brain development 4.Children on long term medications 5.Unwilling to provide consent

We anticipate that children with higher ECC burden will show lower developmental scores particularly in domains requiring sustained concentration manual dexterity and social interaction The findings may reinforce the need for integrating oral health screening into pediatric developmental checkup if significant correlation are observed this study could inform policies aimed at early detection and intervention strategies for both oral disease and developmental delaysTimepoint: Assessment will be done at 12 weeks.
