Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged between 20-60 years with trigger points in calf muscle both the genders are included in the study Participants with pain more than 3 months with prolonged standing during teaching hours Pain score of 3-10 [visual analog scale] Participants with the history of prolonged standing more than 4-6 hours/day Participants with at least one active trigger point Willingness to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with open wounds Participants with fractures Participants who are having active case of deep vein thrombosis Patients with skin conditions at treatment area Patients with mental retardation Participants who are unwilling to participate
