Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient is fit for vaman karma 2. Patient fulfilling classical Lakshanas of Galganda , as sthanik ruk (pain), balkshay (weakness), sthanik stambha (stiffness), kanth shosh (dryness in throat) , shotha (swelling). 3. Patient without any systemic disorder. 4. Patient will be selected irrespective of gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient is not fit for vaman karma. 2) Age below 30 years and above 50 years. 3) Those who are not fit for Vaman Karma . a. Chronic alcoholic and smoker. b. Patients with cardiac problems and any other fatal disease. c. Patients with multi system diseases or who are seriously ill. d. Patients of hypertensive ,migraine, emaciated disease, neurological disease . e. pregnant women
