Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Car drivers aged more than 20 years to 40 years experiencing low back pain. 2.Driving minimum for more than 4hour per day. 3.History of LBP more than 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of, spine related surgery. 2. spine disorder such as disc prolapse ,IVDP , ankylosis spondyilitis and radiating pain. 3. Hamstring muscle injury preceeding 6 months ,spasm. 4.Previous history of spine and lower limb fracture. 5. Neurological disorder of lower limb like stroke , peripheral neuropathy. 6. Disorders of hip ,knee and ankle. 7. Pregnant women. 8.Leg length discrepancy more than 2 cm.
