Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age above 60 years, both male and female elderly population. Range of motion within normal limits in upper and lower limbs Able to walk independently

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ankle related deformity ( Eg. Hallux valgus, Pes cavus, Club foot.) Acute fracture related to ankle and foot Neurological or systemic conditions like, (eg , Diabetic neuropathy, DVT )etc. Chronic ankle instability, Plantar fascilitis, Achilles tendinopathy. 5.
