Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed CPK by Physician Hospital Stay more than or equal to 1 day North Star Ambulatory Assessment Scale (NSAAS) score less than or equal to 17 Vignos Lower Extremity Scale score more than or equal to 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to follow verbal or written instructions Those who do not agree to participate in the study

The adherence rate to tele rehabilitation target more than 75 percent is measured by the proportion of tele rehabilitation sessions the patient completes compared to the total number of prescribed sessionTimepoint: baseline and 14th week follow up
