Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis as defined Grade I to Grade III of the Kellgren and Lawrence scale with average pain intensity above 4 as measured by Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). 2)Patients having complaints of: Janusandhi shula ( Knee joint pain ) Janusandhi shotha ( Swelling of knee joint ) Akunchana prasaran kashtata (Restricted joint movement)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Aamvata ( Rheumatoid Arthritis ) 2)Vatrakta ( Gout ) 3)History of total knee replacement surgey. 4)Treatment with weak or strong opioid analgesics. 5)Complete loss of knee articular and ligament tear 6)Knee dislocation 7)Knee Injury. 8)Contact dermatitis.
