Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female aged between 18-35 years willing to participate with non specific low back pain. Having non specific low back pain since two months or more. Pain intensity greater than or equal to three on Visual Analog Scale at baseline.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any co morbid factors like congenital, malignant, autoimmune and neurological conditions involving head, neck and spine. Any trauma to head, neck and spine region less than six months. Pregnancy or less than six months postpartum. Who are unable to comprehend to the commands. Undergoing any professional physical activity training.
