Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Physiotherapist with work experience of more than 3 years Burnout score of EE more than 13, depersonalization score of more than 9, PE more than 30.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed with any psychological disorder, Maternity leave, Any recent injuries in past 6 months, Any recent surgeries in past 6 months.
