Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 25-55 years. At least 2 years continuous employment in the current occupation. Ability to stand unassisted for 30 seconds. No diagnosed neurological, vestibular, or musculoskeletal conditions affecting balance. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent lower limb injury or surgery within 6 months. Neurological disorders like parkinson and MS. visual or vestibular impairments affecting balance. Inabilty to perform dual task assesemt.
