Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting to the ED after more than 6 hours of onset of chest pain Direct transfers from other hospitals after stabilization Cardiac arrest on arrival Patients leaving against medical advice before evaluation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients presenting to the ED after more than 6 hours of onset of chest pain Direct transfers from other hospitals after stabilization Cardiac arrest on arrival Patients leaving against medical advice (LAMA) before evaluation
