Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 18 to 65 years presented with NS-CNP. Kinesiophobia scores equal to or greater than 23 (TSK-11) Pain self-efficacy with scores 30 or less than 30. NPRS score greater than 5 Sufficient cognitive ability to understand and follow study instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of significant neurological conditions (e.g., epilepsy, seizure disorders) that VR may aggravate. Diagnosed with severe psychiatric disorders (e.g., uncontrolled depression, psychosis, PTSD) that could interfere with participation. Severe vision or hearing impairments that cannot be corrected and would prevent proper interaction with VR content. Pregnant women (due to the potential risks associated with VR-induced dizziness or falls) Vestibular dysfunction, vertebrobasilar insufficiency. Transient ischemic attacks or strokes.
